Get Heated

Me and my family have been using Get Heated for many years, a recent boiler conversion from back boiler to a combination was done in just a day. It’s the third one he’s done for me. Andre’s work is very clean and tidy all his work is very professionally done. I must include that Andre is a great person very trustworthy, honest and helpful. I’m very happy with all the work his done for me thank you 👍🏻. I highly recommend him. 🙏🏻❤️.

We recently had our hot water cylinder replaced by Andre, who came highly recommended through a mutual friend—and he absolutely lived up to the praise. From start to finish, Andre was incredibly organised, professional, and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. He communicated clearly throughout, arrived on time, and completed everything in a very efficient and timely manner. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond—taking care of extra jobs without hesitation and ensuring everything was done to a high standard. Andre did a fantastic job. My electric shower broke and he talked through different options and quoted within a day. Came out quickly and installed a pump, new shower the same morning. Left the room clean and tidy. I would highly recommend

Updated review - 01/01/25: Andre has been back many times to fix other issues, including sorting a water pressure problem, repairing a broken toilet flush, and carrying out an annual service on my boiler. He is always on time, a great guy who is easy to talk to, and gets the job done quickly. His pricing remains reasonable, and I can’t fault his work. I will definitely continue to rely on Andre for any future plumbing needs.

Andre from Get Heated recently did a boiler service for me and is clearly very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. He's looked at a couple of things for me since then and is quick to respond to any questions before and after. Highly recommended if your after someone who knows what they're doing, and with great customer service.

Andre did a few general plumbing jobs for us (instal a bath tap mixer shower, a new radiator,, kitchen tap and a new gas hob.). He was brilliant. I’m so glad I have found him. He came well recommended from my next door neighbour. A lovely person, totally reliable and extremely fairly priced. He did a great job and we are pleased and very impressed. I will always call Andre for all my future plumbing needs.
