The man who came over to replace my thermostat-receiver set is professional and nice. However, the company charged me 50 pounds for diagnosing the fault and 240 for replacing the set. I paid nearly 210 pounds for less than half an hour labour (Amazon price of set is 80 pounds max). We have a baby in the house, so I had to get the boiler up and running as soon as possible. But the money I paid to get it fixed is off the chart. I might have made the wrong decision to get this company do the work for me, but then I had no choice; I needed work done quickly. Despite its quick and professional service, this company has nothing to do with charging reasonable prices. I do not recommend using their service unless you are, like me, desperate to get the work done quickly. For me, I am financially ok and can afford the service, but my heart bleeds when hearing stories of those who sit cold in their houses because they cannot afford to fix their boilers or something of the sort.

We had burst pipe under Kitchen sink on Sunday morning. Ajay arrived promptly and replaced the mixer tap to resolve the problem. All the work was done very efficiently and quickly. I am happy with the service carried out and will not hesitate to call him again.

I called Luton Plumbing & Heating on Sunday morning and an appointment was made for that afternoon to diagnose the problem with the heating system. A gentleman named AJ arrived punctually and during the time he spent on his investigations he was polite, friendly and hardworking. I would have no hesitation in welcoming AJ back into my home at any time should the need arise.

As a Landlord requiring EICR, SafeGuard Maintenance has always been available to provide certification and remediation quick to the best standard. I've used SafeGuard Maintenance twice and will continue to use them on my other properties. I wish all companies operated with such high standards 5 stars on each job. Even when I failed a EICR I could rely on them to fix the issue and work with my local Estate Agent

We had leak which has started to flood around 4.30pm. I called Luton Plumbing and Heating in panic but was so relieved that Ajay got his engineer in less than 30 minutes to look at issue, quote and manage to fix it quickly in less than hour. Just blown away by quality and professionalism of Ajay and his team. In-fact Ajay reduced the quoted price as he said job was smaller than he estimated.
