Customer service from Matt was excellent prior to the job and during the works. This job was a render repair and repaint that Matt said would be carried out and matched into the original. The repaired areas stand out and I am not happy with the result. Several messages were unaswered and now I have to pay someone to paint the full gable end.One star job and one star for initial customer service.
