I was promised a full insulation installation and completion to Building Regulations standards. A start date was agreed, so I cancelled my commitments and waited at the property all morning for the team to arrive. The day before a surveyor came from them to confirm measurements and said the team will arrive in the morning Nobody turned up. After chasing them myself, the same individual said he’ll call them and check when they’re coming, then blocked my number. I then after 4 hours of waiting -I was told they could no longer carry out the work because there was existing insulation behind the plasterboard. They never contacted me to explain this beforehand—I only found out because I rang them. This should have been identified during the survey, not on the day the work was due to start. The complete lack of communication, organisation and professionalism is unacceptable. They made promises they were clearly unable or unwilling to keep, wasted my time, and left me without the work I had been assured would be completed. If this is how they treat customers before the work has even started, I would seriously question what their aftercare and workmanship would be like. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage others to look elsewhere.
Just wanted to pass on my thanks to this company and esp Richard Fisher who attended our house and did a survey of a room conversion that we were told needed insulated. Richard was so kind and patient. He understood what was needed. He provided a quote in a timely manner. He then came back and did more checks, produced a report of inspection and assisted us in getting Building Regs approval. We didn't need the overall work doing. It was refreshing that Richard was so honest but he did everything to help us. Could not recommend this company enough and fantastic service from Richard. Many thanks Mrs T Gough

Excellent, prompt service. Great communication - actually responded to calls and emails and turned up exactly when they said they would. Could not fault any aspect of the job. The very reasonable rates were an extra bonus. Highly recommend!
This company was brilliant. They efficiently estimated my loft upgrade price, replaced previous boarding which was not to standard and installed in a speedy manner. Jacob was one of the most polite tradesmen I have dealt with. After a couple of weeks there was some condensation but the company came back and fitted vents which Has sorted the problem. I highly recommend.
Great experience from start to finish with this family-run business. I'd had very poor communication from practically every other insulation company I had contacted. Not the case here. I initially spoke to Mark, who arranged a site survey within a few days. When he visited the property, he answered any questions I had and gave me a rough idea of the price there and then. A quote quickly followed (at a reasonable price) and the work was agreed upon, with a start date set. The team turned up when they said they would, they communicated well with me throughout and finished the works in a timely manner. Friendly and professional throughout. Thank you to the whole team. Had Richard from Insulation Direct visit to survey a job to insulate the loft and underfloor. Richard was friendly, informative and professional. I immediately took to him as he was very genuine - rare attribute these days. A quote for the work was provided which was competitive so decided to go ahead with it. Richard and Danny came on the day scheduled and performed the jobs. Both performed admirably especially as the underfloor work was challenging - they are assets to the company. The whole experience with them and the people in the office was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
