Jake is a very professional and lovely person. We had our boiler moved. He guided us through the process very carefully and precisely. Work done in 1 done Neat and clean.

We hired engineer Jake to come and move our boiler, which was also leaking (that a different engineer had misdiagnosed and "fixed" but said we'd need to replace instead). Jake fixed the issue and we got to move our existing boiler instead. He went above and beyond, also having a partner move our toilet too. He did such a great job and is always there for questions and help.

My boiler occasionally had a big and terrible noise, with some bubbling sound as well. Jake is professional and really nice, explained the process and the causes to me , and did the boiler service with reasonable time and price. I mentioned these because I had met a rubbish dishonest boiler checker before Jake’s visit. Jake did the service and clean thoroughly , made my boiler works properly again. Thank you.

Jake has been brilliant—he responses quickly and came as promised, which stands out in this industry. He never cuts corners and carries thorough inspection, even seemingly minor issues. He helps fix the issues effectively with clear explanation. Reasonably priced and very professional. Very satisfied. Highly recommend without reservation!

Jake is ostensibly a nice guy. He tweaked my boiler a year ago and refused to charge me. I was impressed so used him again in December. He fixed my boiler so that I had heat and water, and again refused to charge me. However as soon as he left I noticed that the boiler was leaking. I called him, texted him, emailed him, sent him sms. I have left numerous messages, called him about 30 times. I even tried his new Artificial Intelligence bot. Total waste of time. I talked many times to a man called Emma (you couldn't make it up). They have barred me from contacting the bot and ignored the messages on the bot, which is virtually impossible to use. My conclusion is BEWARE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We have been using Jake for quite a while now for gas certification in our properties. This time we required a full new system installed. Jakes quote was very reasonable and he accommodated us very quickly as we had stringent deadlines. Works have all been completed and very happy with the job.
