The guys at Pure were so professional from the planning to the actual delivery of the work. Dan, Craig and Adam carried out fantastic work in our house with the wardrobes and media wall. Mark planned everything so efficiently. Thank you again guys, we will definitely use you again!

Ben came to do a service on our aircon. He arrived on time, and was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! Service was completed efficiently and he kept the area he had worked in clean and tidy, hoovering up any mess which was much appreciated! He was also able to help us with questions and queries regarding a possible installation of a further wall mounted AC unit in our orangery. Thanks again Ben :)

Today we had Grant from Pure Group plumbing and heating round to fit this radiator. Grant arrived on time this morning and was an absolute credit to Pure Group. Clearly a highly qualified, knowledgeable and professional engineer he has done a great job, the radiator looks excellent, complete with brass pipe covers, ferrals and wall stay. Upon arrival Grant immediately offered to remove his shoes, his work was very clean and tidy. We have used Pure Group for Air Conditioning in the past and would thoroughly recommend them for both plumbing and heating as well as air conditioning.

Good company for air-conditioning. Price was sensible, Ryan and Harvey knew what they were doing and did a very neat and tidy installation. All very satisfactory I would definitely recommend Pure.

I was interested to see what my options are and the cost of fitting AC, I called Pure twice, left my details with 2 different members of staff, no call back!! I have seen their work, my neighbor had theirs fitted this week, hats off to their fitters for completing the install in this heat. So, how many stars does it take to get a response? ** update** They have called me now, understandably this is an extremely busy period.
