HEATPRO Heating and plumbing

Cambridge customers of HEATPRO Heating and plumbing describe a service built around a plumber named Wilson, whose diagnostic skill and responsiveness recur across accounts. Several reviewers mention that he answers calls promptly and arranges same-day visits, arriving with the correct parts so that water leaks, broken boilers and failed water heaters are often put right on the first appointment. Something that features in review after review is the clear explanation given at each stage, from tracing a fault in bathroom flooring to advising on repairs that previous tradespeople had complicated, and customers value the patience and knowledge shown throughout.

Punctuality and a friendly manner are repeatedly noted, alongside neat workmanship and a high-quality finish on jobs such as replacing a shower plug and fitting a new water heater with minimal disruption. Reviewers also highlight fair, reasonable pricing and a readiness to attend urgently, even when central heating fails during a cold snap. The care taken to confirm everything is working properly afterwards, and the polite, inclusive attitude shown during visits, complete the picture of a professional outfit handling emergency plumbing and heating repairs across the Cambridge area.
