They replaced a bath in one of our properties, which had to be turned around, so the work involved some re-plumbing. Regency Team replaced the shower and tap fittings as well as the shower screen and all the additional small jobs around this. Extremely professional, quick and friendly! They carried out the works we agreed on with no delays or complications. Their admin staff is also super speedy. It was a treat working with them. As a bonus our tenants absolutely loved them and asked us to use Regency in future if we were to carry out any works in their house.

Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. We had an urgent leak upstairs which was diagnosed same day and fixed following morning at the time that was agreed.Would definitely use again in the future.

I asked Regency to replace my completely scaled up shower bar thermostat with a new one from a different make. I joked with the plumber that if he took more than 10 minutes I wouldn't pay. In the end he only took 5. Ten years ago I would have changed it myself, now it would have taken me a lot longer so I am happy to pay for someone to do it for me. Then I asked for advice on the pop-up waste that didn't go down enough, so it was difficult to get it open again. He happily gave me advice, removed the valve and showed me the part that needed replacing. None of this was part of the job that I booked. The plumber was respectful, polite and helpful and hevleft everything tidy. The office staff were also respectful and polite. When I rang on Thursday to book an appointment, they said how about next Tuesday! I only started using Regency a year ago having used a range of plumbing companies over the last few years and all of them let me down. My boiler service is due later this year and I have some changes I want to the central heating that can wait until next year. I will have no hesitation booking Regency for both.

Regency responded quickly to an urgent call regarding an extensive leak from our shower. The plumber made an accurate assessment and provided a quote promptly for the repair. The team returned to complete the rather complex fix as soon as they could and did an excellent job. The team were polite, respectful and considerate. They arrived on time and consulted us regularly throughout the work. Excellent standard of work and communication. Highly recommend this company.

Bradley and Jay recently re-piped our gas supply from the box to our cooker and boiler on the outside wall. Both very professional, neat piping work and very tidy. Highly recommend them and will definitely use Regency Heating and Plumbing Service again

Shayne and his team replaced the existing boiler and installed a new bathroom and pipe work in my house. They did a fantastic job helping design the new bathroom and fit everything to a very high standard. Really nice guys as well. Very highly recommended!
