I needed a valve and didn't know where to start. Andrew was recommended by a friend and was super helpful, got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Excellent customer service 10/10!

I rang up Heatraq for some help with my faulty boiler when I had been told that my immersion heater needed replacing. Spoke with Andrew, who asked for some details on my boiler, and he would go and check for the correct replacement. He phoned back less than 10 minutes later with the recommended part. I placed the order over the phone and picked the part up 2 days later in the store. I was told that if the part was incorrect, I could return it free of charge but assured it would fix my hot water problem. From the first phone call, I was kept updated, which was reassuring, and my plumber has since told me he will use Heatraq for his spares from now on. Great service, absolute professionalism and would easily recommend these guys to anyone who asks for heating spares or technical support with their boiler.
