Highly Efficient Heating

Engineer came out done the job i wanted done but also did another job i didn't ask for, then when questioned about it said it was a legal requirement, so i called the governing body which is gas safe register uk and was told this is not the case, when i contacted highly efficient again the engineer point blank refused to come and put it back to the way it was before he touched it. i do not like this company at all, engineers make up there own laws and refuse to fix what they have done.

I was really impressed by the professional attitude and work ethic of this company. From the initial visit by Phil to assess what I needed, regarding a new boiler, through to the engineers( I think were called Calvin and Michael) the whole process was seamless. Quotes were sent outby email and post exactly as they said they would be. The lads were on time. They were extremely tidy in their work. Nothing for me to do at all. I would fully recommend HEH to anyone who wanted a new boiler.

Had a check up and ended up needing a boiler replacement, but needed doing as old boiler was 15+ years old. Guys were brilliant at fitting new boiler and rectifying any issues (e.g. taking flooring out to replace old pipe with new one - would never have known it'd been done). Post check up was also very kind of them to check over the system and PH levels in the water, etc. Overall would recommend them as they have good service and even better employees who really know what they are doing!

I had a new combi boiler fitted last week by HEH. I was impressed by the whole experience from the initial visit from Phil with a quote to Paula in the office arranging the time for the fitters to come & fit my boiler. The lads kalvin, Wayne & Michael were excellent a fantastic job done by them all. Very efficient & respectful of my property. A lovely bunch of lads. I would highly recommend HEH. We had a new Combi Boiler fitted earlier this week from HEH Ltd. From a great initial visit from the owner Phil to the completion of the whole job it was an enjoyable experience. We have recently completed a house renovation. Having used HEH and Azure in our previous house, we asked them to help us again this time. It was a great decision. From the gas engineers, to Paula in the office, to the Azure bathroom boys it was great having their knowledge and expertise to guide and advise us. We are super happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone for projects large or small.
