I had an amazing experience with Ibrahim. I was desperately looking for a plumber to fix a leak and wasn’t sure if he would be interested in the job, so I was relieved when he agreed to help. Not only is he excellent at what he does, but he also went the extra mile by helping me find a spare part I needed and even sent me a link to buy it at a cheaper price. He’s incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and clearly cares about his customers. I'm so glad I found him and from now on he's going to be my go to plumber.

Very happy with service provided. Brahim first came to us to flush our system as our radiators were not working. He also fixed an airlock in our boiler which was stopping our central heating working. 3 days later we had a leak in our bathroom and he came and replaced the leaky pipes quickly and efficiently. We would recommend unreservedly.

Ibrahim was fantastic - he offered to come round the second day and not only power flushed the system but also diagnosed the long running issue we had (which we had paid a lot of money to another plumber to misdiagnose). We even had the insures out who couldn’t resolve the problem and kept changing unnecessary parts. Would highly recommend Ibrahim to any of my friends, he is trustworthy, reasonably priced and extremely efficient. We called this service yesterday for a quote for a power flush service. They answered & quoted within minutes. We had no heating or hot water for months due to poor service from our provider. **THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ** I have been having issues with hot water fluctuations this month. British Gas changed the heat exchanger plate in 2019 when there were similar problems but did not advise properly regarding sludge and powerflushing. They just changed the heat exchanger plate. This time around they said £800 for powerflushing or it's cheaper to get a new boiler because I will save on 5 years boiler cover. Absolute con artists! Tenant rang me yesterday to say F2 fault on Viessman boiler with no hot water or heating. DISASTER!! I came across iflush solutions after reading fantastic reviews. I thought, this is too good to be true. Don't be fooled by the low cost please. Other companies with no reviews wanted £300-£500 plus VAT I spoke to Brahim and he fitted me in today. We agreed £200 plus parking charges. I paid £257 all in for a complete powerflush with chemicals, sentinel inhibitor and a 2 year guarantee. Christmas has come early for me this year! I've never met someone so competent, efficient and passionate about what they do. He explained the entire time and was on hand to answer all of my questions. What a superstar. He put down towels and a tray to ensure tidy work and cleaned up afterwards You will be provided with an invoice and a certificate from the Powerflush association which guarantees the work for 2 years. Heaters piping hot now and hot water is hot as it should be. Do not bother with anyone else. I have had a powerflush before paying double and it didn't work, so don't be put off by the low cost. Brahim is just an honest tradesperson who spent two full years learning the skill and 8 years in business. Thank you Brahim. You've made my year. 5 *****

Thank you to Ibrahim. He power flushed our system making the radiators hotter and also brought down the scarily high pressure on the boiler which the large company (from Pimlico!) who replaced it, had left us with. We highly recommend Iflush. Thank you again.

10!10 Ibrahim provided kindly, courteous, and professional power-flushing and servicing for a central heating system which had not been attended to in over a decade. The house is significantly warmer now and I received excellent, honest, maintenance advice without the up-selling that larger firms try-on! Britain needs more decent, independent businesses like this and when it comes time to do other plumbing upgrades, I will be calling on him again.
