If I could give Warm and Cool London a higher review than 5, I definitely would. They helped us to urgently restore our hot water when the boiler pressure was too low due to forces beyond our control over a bank holiday weekend. Even though they were already busy and we were a new customer to them, they stayed late and made time to help us. This is the kind of exceptional customer service you always hope for, but rarely find. They were professional, swift and we will continue to use them going forward. Their pricing was also fair/reasonable when other vendors might have gouged us given the circumstances. I can't recommend them highly enough!
