I had the absolute privilege of dealing with Susan and meeting Jim on site recently when I was unfortunately let down by another well known spray insulation company (timewaster). Susan was fantastic from the off, she requested a few pictures of the area needing sprayed and also if there was any other relevant information (building warrant etc) I sent the information over and had a price and a date and time sorted within 2 hours. Jim arrived perfectly on time, talked me through the process and how long he thought it may take. Above all else he was friendly, re assuring and a very genuine guy about all things that we were discussing. Work, life, balancing it and was giving sound advice to someone who had been through it all and generally was just trying to give me good life guidance. My only regret is I couldn't make him a coffee and sit down and speak more as there was work to be done. His work was super clean, tidy and very efficient. I was very impressed with the process and the machinery and skills that he used to perform the foaming process. I cant express enough how grateful I am to JSJ and how they managed to get my job done for me. My advice is to look no further and to use these folks. We consulted Jim regarding our heat loss problem which occurred for 5 years. Jim would not be beat, investigated and appears to have solved the puzzle. An absolute gentleman, and the firm are extremely customer led and friendly. I would recommend the service to anyone.

We had JSJ Foam Insulation led by the wonderful Susan and Jim, and aided by Johnny who has a wealth of knowledge on insulating loft spaces. Susan and Jim are both passionate about there work and Jim is very intense and an authority on the skilled craft of Insulation. Very professional & reliable company. I have enquired regarding getting our "container office" spray foamed - Susan was very responsive and very knowledgeable, really easy process, no messing about. Gary and Jim have done a fantastic job, very tidy and neat job - once again very professional and well educated on the products that they were using. Will definitely use again for our next project.

I found JSJ Foam Insulation to be very professional. The communication was excellent and they provided me with a lot of information regarding the spray foam installation. Terrific job of Icynene insulation just completed this week by JSJ in our Grade B listed sandstone cottage. The team arrived when they said, even after one of the team had been in a traffic accident the day before! LOTS of prep before they started to make sure everything was protected, and to minimise dust (lot less dust than I thought there would be!). They kept working all day, and there wasn’t any bother when we asked lots of questions, and they showed us how the infrared heat machine worked! They took their time tidying up after, and left us with a tidy space! Place feels much warmer already. Thankyou JSJ! Would certainly recommended!
