Steven came out for the estimate and answered all our questions explaining clearly what was needed in a friendly and helpful way. He sent us a quote with various different options at different prices so we didn't feel at all pressured to go with the most expensive version. In the end the quote was reasonable so we went with Underfloor. Ian and Jamie came out to install the flooring and were professional and serious all the way through. They worked non stop in hot conditions and did a great job. They also took care to protect the carpets with plastic and even vacuumed at the end which I appreciated. Five stars.
Great service from the company from start to finish. Underfloor Insulation has been fitted. The guys were friendly and made a really good neat job. Would definitely recommend. Bonus points as our dog loves them and they paid him so much attention!
Cannot fault the boys from Underfloor Insulation Glasgow - brothers Jamie G and Ian were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived promptly, got straight to work, and didn’t waste a minute. Floor protectors were laid down to keep the carpets spotless, and they tidied as they went, followed by a proper clean-up once the job was done. The quality of their work is exceptional. The transformation in our loft is unbelievable - genuinely night and day. Thanks to their hard graft and attention to detail, we’ve now unlocked extra usable space in our home. Brilliant service, brilliant workmanship, and brilliant lads.
From my initial contact with this company they have been excellent in all areas. The girls in the office who have dealt with my enquiry have been polite friendly and professional. The tradesmen Eric and Lewis turned up at the scheduled time to start work. I found them to be very helpful and professional in all aspects of the work being carried out. They were very polite and clean, all mess and waste was removed at completion of work, they left my house as they found it. Work carried was loft flooring and loft ladder fitted. Eric explained everything to me and showed me the work carried out prior to departure. I would highly recommend this company.

I'd been ghosted by someone who gave a quote the year previous so contacted Underfloor Insulation who came across to Dundee within 2 weeks to have a look at what could be done. After a delay in getting a quote out to me (partially my fault for not chasing) which turned out to be very reasonably priced - i was happy to proceed and they fit me in very quickly. The guys were very professional and when more access hatches (6 in total) were required they clearly explained why (incl the boss phining me to double check) - unfortunately some needed to be under laminate so we skipped the bathroom as it was recently renovated but they did their best to gain access from areas that could be concealed. I was surprised how quickly the job was done - they guys didn't stop for a break. All in all very happy and would recommend.
