Plumbenergy were absolutely brilliant. We had an issue with drainage at our house and didn’t know what was causing it. Tom came to investigate in less than 24 hours and within a week the problem was fixed and the garden looked (almost!) untouched. Tom was super friendly whilst obviously knowing exactly what he was doing. So pleased to find such a professional, efficient local company - will definitely use them again if needed. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Following a flood at my property Tom at Plumbenergy came out to advise and quote on underfloor heating and moving of our boiler. His knowledge, advice and calm measured approach to our needs and concerns were excellent. His reliability and punctuality were first class. PlumbEnergy came out last year and helped us with a broken boiler. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism, I said that when I came to renew my boiler this year, I'd come to them. Sure enough, I contacted them regarding a renewal of my existing, old, boiler. I was given 3 options, not much difference in price, but the more expensive option came with a whopping 18 years guarantee!! How could you resist with that peace of mind? I was able to be planned in for fitting in just a weeks time. Jack arrived timely on the morning of fitment and set about removing the old boiler and fitting the new one. Extremely friendly, he ploughed through the work quickly and efficiently. By mid afternoon, I had a brand new, 18 year guarantee boiler fitted. It also was compatible with my existing Hive control app and also came with a free carbon monoxide detector! Absolutely over the moon with everything, would highly recommend.
Jack from Plumbenergy did a great job in repairing our c 30 year old oil fired water & C.H. boiler - strip down service , new fan motor and other bits and pieces. Their testing meter reading now shows running at optimum efficiency levels. Great Job
