I had a problem with my Air Source Heat Pump which left me with hot water but no heat. Contacted Youles who are very local to me and explained my problem. Mick came out asap, ,jury rigged my system until a replacement part could be obtained . Problem surveyed Wednesday afternoon and fixed by Friday morning .Great service ,many thanks to all.

Whilst working as the building manger for a student accommodation building , I regularly contacted Mick to come out for various jobs from out of hours and emergency call outs to annual gas inspections. Each time the service was great with Mick being amazinf explaining what the problem was and what he reccomend as the next steps. Would highly reccomend Youle and Sons!!

I cannot recommend the professional service enough from Mick and Dale. I had asked a local village FB group for a recommendation when I urgently needed a qualified gas fitter due to my boiler breaking, leaving me with no hot water or heating. Mick’s details were mentioned more than once. Mick arranged to come out quickly to assess the boiler and had a new boiler fitted and working within days. Excellent service with integrity and empathy to my situation. Will continue to use and would recommend to everyone.

Having been let down several times by our usual engineer, I asked for recommendations locally for a gas engineer; the obvious choice seemed to be Youle and Son. I'm so pleased we approached Mick. He kept us updated at all stages and was brilliant at liasing with our tenants to arrange a mutually suitable time to do the gas certification. On inspection, he identified that some work done previously hadn't been done properly. He rectified it and made it safe. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Impressive customer service. Great service from Mick, contacted him yesterday after noticing we had no hot water or heating and the boiler making some unhealthy noises. Sent Mick some details and videos so he could hear the issue. He gave me a quote for a potential cause and came out the next day. Luckily, no replacement part was needed, Mick was honest, didnt try to oversell any non required work and got the boiler up and running again for a fraction of his original quote. Ita nearing time for boiler replacement anyway, Mick has provided some good recommendations/ quotes and we will be back in touch when the time comes. Would deffinately recommend.

Returning home I discovered I had no hot water or heating. I rang my boiler cover company but despite being classed as a vulnerable person and temperatures being under 0oC outside, they were less than helpful. I rang Mick and he returned my call within the hour and was at the property within 10mins after the call. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and wanted to help. He diagnosed the fault and repaired within 24hrs (part had to be ordered) of calling him. Communication was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.
