Had our boiler serviced and repaired by South West Heating SERVICES. The boiler service by Rebecca was the most thorough and extensive we've ever known. Unlike previously we felt Rebecca actually cared about our boiler, she explained everything in a clear and friendly way and didn't try to sell us a new one. The chaps who did the repair were equally brilliant. All arrived when they said they would. Highly recommended.
Martin and Robbie were excellent. They rang 10 minutes before coming, were polite and friendly, took their shoes off at entry and explained what they were doing as they went along. They would be welcome back Thanks
Instructed through my home emergency policy via AXA, engineer reset boiler without repairing overheating fault at all, resulting in immediate failure again. Instructed again via AXA only to wait 2 weeks with no hot water and no contact. When a complaint was raised with AXA, they then finally arranged an appointment only to turn up with the most rude attitude, assumably due to my having to lay a complaint, so bad I had to tell engineer to leave my home. Asked around and several other people have experienced the same.
Hi Martin arrived this morning as arranged , very helpful and friendly and we were soon all fixed and up and running again, bonus was he liked dogs which is very helpful when you have a Doberman , carry on the good work and thank you ☺️
Boiler was serviced, parts required, which were ordered and fitted very quickly with no issues. The engineer Martin was very professional and friendly. Recommend.
Eric O'Donovan arrived on time and even though the part wasn't the correct one, he stayed on and sourced a fix solution from our area, so that he could complete the job successfully. Very grateful and relieved to have such an experienced and problem solving oriented technician. Thank you!
