Sunderland Plumbers

We called out JC Plumbing & Heating to investigate a leak from our flat into the flat below. Jordan answered quickly and identified that the leak was coming from under our shower which would require the floor to be lifted. Jordan & Davey returned to investigate and repair the leak. They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They repaired the leak and reinstated the shower room to an excellent standard, leaving the area clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them for any emergency plumbing work.

Really happy with the work carried out to put an internal stopcock in. Jordan was really helpful and explained everything clearly and even provided advice for future work to be considered. Jordan managed to arrange the booking in really quickly too. The price was very reasonable, and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job and he was very tidy. I’d highly recommend using Jordan and his team for any plumbing jobs and I will certainly will be asking them to do some additional work in the future.

Speedy response. Excellent work, clean and tidy. Is now in my contact list as go to plumber. Very happy 😊

I was visiting Sunderland to see Mam who is aged 97 and in an independant living complex. Her toilet cistern was leaking badly . Jordan came out promptly with the replacement parts by appointment and cured the problem. Good, decent and honest chap. John Scott

Had 3 rads changed in half a shift on a Friday!! Nice lads Jordan and Shiner, would highly recommend them.

Jordan (plumber) was true to his word and arrived when he said he would. He investigated the problem and suggested a solution, with no pressure. He’s a good communicator and very helpful … Top job!!

Hired for radiator valve replacements. Arrived promptly and knew exactly what they needed to do. Carried out the job quickly and efficiently (including ordering appropriate parts when needed) and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Very easy to deal with company with clear pricing - would definitely use again!
