Not only did Mark himself return my call when I called their number late in the day but he called me back after 5, did a video call and found out where I was going wrong. Now working a treat, hot tub lovely and gold standard customer service as well as a damn good product for this very need. Cant recommend highly enough, thanks Mark!

Just bought a Supa heater for the hot tub at my airbnb and wooooooooooo what an absolute GAME CHANGER We drain and clean the hot tub for each guest checking in, we have always struggled to get the hot tub filled and up to temperature before the next check in but not anymore!! Drained, Cleaned, refilled and sitting at 40 degrees all within 2 hours! Absolutely first class ❤️

This has been game changing for our holiday let business. We’re based in rural south west Scotland and our tubs have no direct access to warm water so heating them up was taking 14+ hours. This was impossible on a back to back changeover and so we were having to refund guests. We can now have both tubs emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated to 40 degrees under 5 hours. Each tub takes about an hour to heat to 40 degrees. This product is amazing!

WOW JUST WOW ! I am a holiday let owner , and this has just changed the game ! Normally I would gatekeep a product like this , but it’s only fair to give credit where is due ! This is amazing we have 5 900l hot tubs on site and we can get all 5 done in 6 hours ! Perfect for our turnaround times ! Easy to assemble , easy to manoeuvre around site and just incredible little bit of kit- do not steer towards any air source heat pumps that take hours and only compatible with certain hot tubs , I could go on forever on how this has managed to save us so much head ache and time ! Great product
