Darren came to the rescue after EDF Energy let me down on the day of the installation of my heat pump system. The heating system was designed with a higher capacity water tank, a higher COP and additional radiators. From Darren's initial visit I had my heat pump installed within 4 weeks, the installation team were professional, flexible, and able to overcome problems on site.
