The Southern Heat Pump Specialist Ltd

The Southern Heat Pump Specialist have now serviced our Nibe air source heat pimp and have fixed an issue that other companies had failed to resolve. Both engineers have been extremely professional/friendly. Highly recommended

Amazing experience. I have a NIBE heating unit installed at home for more than 10 years. So cycled through several servicing and engineering company. Southern heat pump is by far the best, most knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they corrected several mistakes from past services, the engineer also took the time at each visit to explain what they have done; and what we can do to help with the maintenance. Can’t recommended more!!

Such a great company. Brad is so quick to respond and such a pleasure to communicate with, no problem is too big and Chris who comes out is absolutely lovely and helpful and sorts the problem then and there. They really helped us recently in an urgent situation and I cannot recommend this company enough and I’m so pleased I found them as they’re beyond brilliant!

Every time I called Brad sent an engineer in record time and the problem got fixed. I also appreciated the easy communication via email. Would warmly recommend.

Really happy with these guys. Underfloor heating hasn’t been working for a while, warburtons have come a few times and couldn’t find anything wrong. These guys have fixed it. Would really recommend them!

Excellent service, quick communication and always on top of any issues. Needed a quick turnaround on my heat pump issue and Bradley made sure it was all done in a timely manner. Truster service provider!

This company never disappoints. Michal, is a lovey man and very patient. He gets to the problem straight away and fixes it, without fuss. Bradley, who I think is his boss, is also on top of things and replies to messages very quickly and acts upon them. Definitely a keeper on the contact list.
