He and his colleague were very friendly they put down covers and dust sheets making no mess after finishing they even hovered the landing and stairs. Great guys i can not recommend them highly enough.
Chris was amazing from the first communication to request a quote right through to the completion of the work. The response to communication was excellent and really fast, often late into the evening which was really appreciated. The quote was thorough and very professional and we were kept informed at every step. The work was completed on time and followed up with photographic evidence to support. First class service which I can't recommend more highly!
Excellent service, very polite, professional and helpful. Loft clearance turned out to be bigger job than anticipated due to rubble being hidden under insulation before we had bought the property. The team worked during the heat wave and kept a remarkably positive attitude. Great result. Would recommend.
Chris and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Good communication. Polite and respectful of our home. The loft took a long while to be cleaned, was a rotten job to do but Chris and his team got the loft so cleaned it was a lovely shock when we looked after they finished. Can't recommend them enough, 5 star service.

Chris, Ken and Lee did a fantastic job in my loft. They removed all the old insulation, then thoroughly vacuumed and sanitised it. It looks great and clean. They work hard and are very pleasant and respectful.
Chris, Lee and Kenneth from UK Loft insulation arrived as arranged. we walked the job and agreed the best route through the house and where to find the loft hatch, from that point they laid down dust sheets and carpet protectors then got on with removing the insulation. The loft was then vacuumed to remove the left over insulation and anything else that was laying on the ceiling boards. The loft was left clean ready for the next stage of our project, the job was done over two days and the work area outside the loft was left clean each day. All we needed to do was make tea and coffee. From start to finish the job was easy to arrange and completed with no problems at a reasonable price.
