A1 Services Oxford Ltd

Lovely people who got on with the job efficiently and with intelligence so that the pipes were out of the way of the fridge. Also all the potential problems in me hot water and heating system were put right. New air bleeders in the radiaters and new plumbing for the hot water tank. Thanks. The new boiler is extremely quiet qnd doesn't chuck out vast amounts of steam. Brilliant.

Excellent service once again from A1 Services. Needed a TRV replaced on our bathroom towel rail. Prompt and efficient response from enquiry through to completion on the next day. Thanks!

Have used A1 for two new bathroom makeovers and couldn’t fault them in anyway. Both Andrew and Bob were brilliant throughout as well as friendly and helpful, as was Justin providing the quotations and ensuring the work was carried out to fit in around other renovations we are carrying out in our home at the same time. Really happy with our new bathrooms. Great service all round. Have already recommended to family and friends and will certainly continue to do so. Thanks A1!

Called me back very quickly and arranged a visit within 1 working day. Engineer was prompt, friendly and helpful. I found them to be honest and quote was accurate as discussed. Fixed the issue as far as possible and gave me advice if issues persisted. Wouldn't hesitate to contact again in future if needed.

Excellent work removing a poorly installed bathtub and replacing it with a shower tray exactly as my wife and I imagined! Only reason it's a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is that they originally installed the glass the wrong way around! However after a short phone call to explain the problem, they quickly returned to put it right. It's a premium service they offer with a premium cost - however if you're able and willing to spend it, they're an excellent choice!

Excellent response time and repair to boiler that sprung a leak. All done within hours; from my initial phone call for help, to identifying the problem, going away to get the relevant part and then returning to fit it. Chris was cheerful and efficient, despite working in a confined space on the hottest recorded day in May in history!

A1 responded very quickly to my request to update an ageing shower. The engineer arrived on time, was pleasant and dealt with an unexpectedly challenging task very well.
