Kelvin adjusted the original booking date to accommodate my pregnancy, and did so voluntarily (sacrificing his usual day off). He also arrived alone after someone had called in sick, meaning he had double the work to do in the same amount of time and still completed the work to a great standard, without complaint. Not only this, but Kelvin noticed a way to save us money during the installation process and was open in sharing this, offering some money off. Kelvin was polite and professional from the initial inquiry to installation and further. I 100% recommend and already have forwarded his details to other family members.

We got quotes from 3 companies and this was a middle figure. Kelvin and his team were really easy to communicate with from the very beginning. They were incredibly tidy throughout and we were really pleased with the final product. Kelvin did not up-sell at all and gave good advice.

Absolutely great service. Really nicely mannered when talking me through the work beforehand and presenting me with the options. My partner was really happy with how they conducted themselves in the house, wore shoe covers and even hoovered after their work leaving us with 0 cleanup. A few months on and I love the storage I've gained in my loft. Thanks :)
