I booked my AC service for the date and time I needed and Cara in the office was cheerful, polite, and efficient. Their engineer James, arrived within the advised time window and was very professional. He was friendly, clearly enjoys his work and the company he represents and he carried out a thorough service. My unit was left spotless and smelling fresh. Great work, Air Control!

We recently had five air-conditioning units and two outdoor compressors installed in our home, and the whole project was managed by Tom. From start to finish, the communication was excellent — Tom kept us updated, answered questions clearly, and made everything easy to deal with. The team was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home. While they weren’t the cheapest option we looked at, they’re local, reliable, and the quality of work really shows — definitely worth it for the peace of mind. We’re very happy with the result and would gladly recommend them.

Update*... In addition to the review below we have just had installed a third unit from air control and as always the service has been impeccable from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout, quick & competitive quote provided and considerate workmanship. Highly recommended! This is the second time we have used air control in a year having done a great job on our last property, we wanted to get them straight into our new property to get the air con system installed ready for summer but also to help heat the house now. Emails and calls were answered immediately and when Tom came to visit, he quickly appraised the site and I received the quote within 24hrs. After accepting the quote, the work was carried out very quickly afterwards to a high standard by a polite, courteous and professional team. The work done was incredibly neat and the house was left tidy upon completion. The unit works beautifully and is so quiet. Thanks again. Highly recommended.
