We recently had 4 air-conditioning units fitted by Avonair and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The engineers were professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum and they left zero mess behind, which we really appreciated. As this was a retrofit installation, I was quite concerned about how the external units and pipework would look on the house, but the quality of the finish is genuinely first class. Everything has been installed neatly and sympathetically, and the final result looks far better than we expected. Would highly recommend Avonair to anyone considering air conditioning at home.

We had a great experience with Avonaire, who supplied and installed a Panasonic monobloc unit in our loft, ahead of the inevitable summer heat waves that used to make sleeping in the room unbearable. It's a great piece of kit and Avonaire did an excellent job of installing it despite very tricky roof access, we would recommend them!

The very best experience from start to finish! From the outset, Avonaire were fantastic. Geoff visited us during our loft extension works and put together a quote and plan to get us set up. We were very impressed with how quickly he visited and provided the quote. He was friendly, informative and professional which gave us the utmost confidence and was the deciding factor in choosing Avonaire over other quotes. He recommended a great product for our needs and was able to advise us for our needs with a great deal of knowledge around the products and fitting process. We had a slightly complicated staging process for the works due to scaffolding and some external works but Sarah and Geoff guided us through the process, which was further elongated due to delays with our building works. The customer service and professionalism from both Geoff and Sarah were excellent throughout and it was always a pleasure to speak to both of them when we needed to update them or make payments. The engineers who attended our property to fit the units (Callum and Harry?) were equally excellent. They treated the property with respect and worked tirelessly in all weather to get the job finished. Their attention to detail in the fitting is excellent and the external unit, trunking and internal units look so smart! Once fitted, they took time to explain the product and did a thorough handover with documentation and tested the units. The attention to detail and care they took over their work is some of the best we have ever seen. Thank you guys! Couldn't ask for a better experience all round, what a fantastic business!
