From start to finish Sam was helpful and informative he kept us updated all the way through and made our experience so easy. We now have a lovely cool bedroom and the dog is now much happier. Sam and his team were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, and along with the two other engineers, all three were professional, courteous, and highly skilled throughout the installation. Sam took the utmost care to ensure the work was completed to a very high standard and left the property clean and tidy afterwards. The electrician who carried out the wiring also did an excellent job, with a very neat and professional finish. I’m so glad I met Sam. In such a short space of time, he was able to install the air conditioning efficiently without compromising on quality. I found Sam and Becketts plumbing and heating by chance on Facebook. A simple whats app message and instant reply started our journey. Sam came round the same day as his current job was only round the corner. He confirmed the quote by e mail and communicated everything efficiently. On the agreed day he and his team arrived as agreed at 0730 and began a spotless installation of our split room air con. Would i recommend Sam yes 100% infact I will contact him about servicing our boiler soon.
Sam fitted our new boiler and replaced all of our heating pipes in December 2025 and did such a great job that it was a no brainer when we saw that he also installs air conditioning! Always great communication and a great working and looking finished job. Sam and Mark are great blokes who work hard all day to get the job done. I’ll be recommending them to everyone, thanks!
Great service and very reasonably priced. Just needed a broken bath tap replaced, and Beckett's sourced and fitted a new one, my tenant and I are extremely satisfied with the outcome would be happy to use their services again. Thank you very much, Sam.
