We bounced back and forth between various damp specialists who seemed to offer expensive solutions which didn't make sense. Eventually, someone confirmed that our cavity had failed. When CIGA refused to honour the guaruntee, we turned to CAVIVAC. Their surveyor came around within a couple of days, undertook a thorough assessment, and offered a fair price. The extraction team were pleasant, professional and efficient and a small amount of internal damage was effectively dealt with. Really grateful for their help with the issue. Would recommend to anyone in the same position!

Having had some issues with damp in the house we suspected the cavity wall insulation (CWI). We asked Cavivac to take a look and quote for the required work. After a thorough inspection of the cavities with a boroscope. Andy advised us that the CWI was not the main issue here and hence saved us considerable expense on work that would not have resolved the damp problem.
