Highly recommend *Just to add to my review on, 19/03/26- Luke talked me through an issue over the phone, and it was apparent i accidentally closed the return valve...Luke was quick to problem solve it and got my heating back on!

Luke was introduced to me through the Heat Geeks site as I was looking for an Air Source Heat Pump installation to replace my gas boiler. Luke did a comprehensive survey (which is key when getting a heat pump installed), and shortly thereafter installed the system over a five day visit in December (I was only without heat for about 12 hours) Luke was good at explaining the system to me (again heat pumps operate differently to gas boiler). As I said, the install was in December, shortly before a particularly cold fortnight in January. Initially the system was configured a little conservatively, but with Luke’s help I’ve been able to tweak the weather curve and water temperature to get a consistent, comfortable level of heat into the house. This after care is crucial as it takes a bit of trial and error to get the correct settings. Heat Geek installers give a guarantee of system efficiency, and I have no hesitation in recommending Luke for commissioning a heat pump system in an industry where the choice of suitable qualified installer is key.

I emailed about a problem with our boiler. After a couple of emails and phone calls Luke talked me through the steps to resolve the issue and followed up with a final phone call to check that it had worked. This saved both the time and expense of a call out.
