T'other Ian was prompt, clean and tidy, completing the annual service. My system is now 8 years old and still as effective and reliable. As I'm moving to another property I'm looking forward to Ian and Edinburgh Heating continuing their good service.
Highly Recommend. Installation 25/6/26 I’m not great at writing reviews but this whole team deserves recognition. From Kirsty in the office, to Ian and Cain who came and replaced my old boiler last week and even Iain, the boss I believe, who initially took my call after the main office shut at 12noon. I had expected an answering machine! I apologise if I have any names wrong but everyone was helpful, polite and extremely patient with all the questions and queries I hit them with. They were all down to earth with a sense of humour they needed around me but never lost their professionalism. The guys arrived first thing in the morning when expected, didn’t take any breaks and worked until the job was completed into the late afternoon. They renewed and adapted all pipe work necessary, flue etc and flushed the system and all with no mess. They worked diligently, competently and efficiently. They brought everything needed with them so never did a disappearing act to get ‘parts’ or other things they forgot to bring which is a first for me. They maintained as clean a working environment as possible and after they left, you would not have known they had been. The price they quoted was competitive with no payment due on the day of installation allowing time for me to be confident no initial problems occurred. Their contract was clear and complete and being backed by Which, Trust a Trader, Google and accredited installers for Valliant gave me all the reassurances I needed. Thanks guys, see you next year for its first service.
Had a great experience with Edinburgh heating! They have been so helpful, responding very quickly to any questions and any support needed. The install of my heating system all went to plan and they were really flexible with everything I needed. Most affordable quote I found and really helpful breakdown too.
