EnvoEnergy - Cavity & Loft Insulation Scotland

Punctual, professional and tidy work is what reviewers of this Edinburgh-area insulation contractor tend to highlight. Several accounts name Callum, Ryan and Angus, describing a team that turned up when expected, carried out cavity wall insulation and repaired the holes drilled for injection before clearing up thoroughly on leaving. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the way staff handled enquiries, with Derek credited for patience and for explaining the process in full, which customers link to a clear and helpful service.

Alongside this, more than one review highlights that not every enquiry reached completion: one household found the eligibility criteria hard to satisfy, while another reports that a site visit took place but no quotation or reply followed. The strongest recurring praise focuses on the conduct of the installation team, the standard of the finished repair and the clarity of advice offered beforehand. The recurring concern, described by customers, is the absence of a quotation or response after assessment and the difficulty some households faced in meeting the required conditions, so that not every visit resulted in completed insulation work.
