Just had my economy 7 night storage heaters removed and replaced with infra red heating panels. All rooms have had panels fitted to ceilings and the bathroom has a wall mounted heater panel / towel rail. Joe provided the specs and arranged for an electrician to carry out a survey and answered any queries I had. The kit arrived when he said it would as did a very efficient squad of sparks whose work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up at the end of each day! Very pleased with the results and happy to recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking to upgrade their heating systems. Cheers David Briggs
I would definitely recommend Gaia Smart Energy. Joe came today to install a smart heating controller and we are delighted with our toasty warm house now! Joe was very helpful, advising us in advance on which system he would recommend. He was very friendly and professional, and made quick work of the job. He made sure to answer our questions and show us how to control the heating using the app and thermostat. We're delighted to have this sorted and have no subscription fees too.
I can’t rate Joe at Gaia highly enough. He put in the most amazing heating system for us which has made heating a large older house much more efficient and gave us all the time and attention needed to make sure we knew how to work it properly. He has been very responsive to any issues we have had and is always so friendly, professional and expert in this area. Absolutely brilliant.
Always wanted the Nest thermostat in our house and had said it from the start of our new build. Had some resistance from the spark about installing Nest. So was very thankfully to find Joe through Nest Pro-installer. Who came on site and set up the system. Nothing was a problem, excellent service! Would definitely recommend!
Joe did a great job installing a new full house heating control system that has paid for itself very quickly. From the first enquiry he was helpful in choosing the right system, he turned up exactly on the stroke of 8am on the installation day, did the neatest job I’ve had a tradesman so in a long time and has been only too happy to help with any queries I’ve had since installation. Highly recommended!
Joe couldnt have been more helpful. Contacted him on a Sunday morning and he was there that afternoon after part of my nest system failed leaving me without heat with a newborn about to arrive at the house. Very grateful for his help, very professional and decent fella. I would highly recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.
