The team is responsive upon inquiry, quick to book you in, and prompt to arrive. The prices quoted were very reasonable and transparent. The engineers who visited were professional, courteous and thorough. I especially want to thank the team for getting my new bath installed with such a quick turnaround! I reached out in a panic late on a Tuesday, they had an engineer over the next day to do the survey and put together a quote, and the new bath was installed by Thursday afternoon! The team showed great attention to detail the whole process - be it the engineer performing the survey who inquired on whether I'd want to keep any sideboards or the old taps in place, and mentioned he would try to match the new taps to the ones on the sink; or the engineer who kindly pointed out a couple of almost invisible blemishes on the new sideboard to make sure I was happy with the condition of it before it was installed. Always a bit scary trying a new company for these kinds of services but I'm really glad I found GasMan Energy! They'll definitely be a go-to for me going forward.
Contacted Gasman Energy and they got back to me very promptly. The quote was was organised and the job was completed to a high standard the next day. Communication was excellent and the engineer was lovely that came out. She even helped with my boiler too, aswell as putting my radiator back up for me. Reasonable price and will definitely use again. Would highly recommend Gasman Energy. Thank you.
Definitely recommend, we had a shower switch which had broken, I found them through check a trader I was given a time and date when they would show up, and they showed up exactly on time. The communication from the office was also great and the guy who came to do the work, was so nice, very professional, and a clean and tidy worker. Had the job completed in no time at all. I will definitely use this company again if I require anything to be done. Excellent.
New boiler fitted. Gasman Energy were really quick to come out and assess our boiler and replace. Guys were great and took the time to explain how everything worked and clean up afterwards. Very fair pricing as well. Will 100% use this company again for any heating, plumbing or electrical work.
I've used this company a couple of times now for a range of services, including getting an EICR carried out and some gas work done. Every time they've been professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They're always on time, communicate clearly throughout the process, and the quality of their work has been excellent. Delighted with the work of the 2 engineers. 1 gas and 1 electric to fit a gas hob and electric hood. Very nice cheerful men who were quick , helpful and very tidy. Great value for money and I will most definitely use this company again.
