Spray foam removal followed by fresh loft insulation is the work that recurs across accounts of this Birmingham firm, with customers describing the full process from stripping out old material to fitting the new. Gary is named for the patience and thoroughness he brought to explaining each stage, a step-by-step approach that left one household feeling reassured rather than pressured. A separate account of two fitters working in a loft highlights their diligence, their courteous manner and the fact that they cleared the site at the end of every day.

Reviews regularly refer to that advice was offered honestly, without any attempt at a hard sell, which several regard as a sign of a straightforward operation. Owen receives particular credit after completing a roof insulation job in a loft, the finished result being described as excellent. Removal of existing spray foam ahead of new insulation emerges as a recognised specialism, and the picture that forms is of practical effort on site matched by clear explanation and a tidy finish.
