It serves customers from major building contractors to wholesale, retail suppliers and domestic DIY'ers. It stores customers' insulation materials in its warehouse until needed.

Hampshire Insulations supplies insulation materials and building products, and reviewers consistently highlight the helpfulness and knowledge of the sales team. Customers in several reviews describe smooth transactions from the initial enquiry through to delivery, with orders placed one day arriving the next. Del is singled out by name for his contribution, while the office staff are repeatedly called professional and courteous. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the speed of service, both for collections and for deliveries, with drivers described as efficient and punctual.

Customers buying insulation for home projects and larger house extensions mention that the pricing compares well with trade accounts at builders' merchants, and one notes that rolls contain more square metres than expected. The range includes Celotex boards and loft insulation, and both small jobs and bulk orders are handled with the same care. Reviewers also value being kept informed and not left waiting, whether they are collecting or receiving goods. The overall impression is of a friendly, well-organised operation where knowledgeable staff make choosing the right insulation straightforward. Del's involvement from quote to delivery remains a recurring theme in the feedback.
