Householders, architects and self-builders around Solihull describe the firm as a dependable choice for renewable heating work. Praise for the finish comes up often, with tidy installations and carefully designed systems that run effectively alongside underfloor heating. Andy, Mike and the fitting team are named repeatedly as approachable, swift to respond and knowledgeable from first enquiry to handover. Communication is another recurring theme: customers say they were kept informed about timings and that the team dealt directly with other trades, including a builder, so the heat pump work slotted around wider building works.

Practical assistance with the government grant application is mentioned, as is a new build project covering a Vaillant air source heat pump plus four air-conditioning units, with testing and commissioning completed so the owners could move in early. An architect who has appointed the company on several projects calls it a capable and dependable designer and installer, noting that units fitted into existing buildings have all performed satisfactorily. Several accounts also touch on advice and aftercare following the installation, and the same names recur whenever customers describe the service.
