Heat-Plex has completed over 45,000 jobs and serves homeowners, landlords, and commercial properties across all London boroughs. It is Gas Safe registered and SafeContractor Approved. The company specialises in Heat Interface Units (HIUs) for district heating systems and offers boiler installation, plumbing, and gas services.
It provides a 12-month workmanship guarantee on boiler installations. Heat-Plex has a fully employed core team with no subcontractors, expanded to 10 in-house engineers in 2017, and launched service plans in 2021. In 2026, it won Gold for Apprentice Employer of the Year and was a finalist for Employer of the Year at the London Chamber SME Business Awards.

Ilie was fantastic! Knowledgeable and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem, sourced the new piece and installed it within a couple of hours. A great success for a stressful problem.
Ilie from Romania was friendly and efficient. They were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the appointment. They explained what they were checking, carried out the inspection efficiently, and were happy to answer any questions I had. They treated my property with respect, worked tidily, and completed the gas safety check without any issues. Overall, the process was straightforward and reassuring. I'd be happy to have them carry out future inspections and would recommend their service.
Vas and Albert from Heat Plex did an excellent job replacing our flue. They were professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. The job was completed to a high standard, and they took the time to ensure everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving. They were also punctual, tidy, and easy to deal with throughout. Ilie came to fix a few of our issues in our flat. Top plumber and even better person. Friendly kind and extremely good at his job. Worked all morning to get our issues sorted and did an excellent job. Even went out to get the necessary parts and came back to fix them same morning. Every issue resolved and back working as new. I’d recommend Heat Plex and specifically Ilie to everyone looking for a top service
Ilie was fantastic. Quick diagnosis of our plumbing and boiler problems, and quick fix of what he could do without parts that need to be ordered. Would recommend him and Heat Flex without reservation!
Ilie was great! Although the issue with dishwasher didn’t manifest whilst he was here. He fixed the height adjustment which was causing the dishwasher to rub against the cabinet and drawers, the previous plumber could’ve done also but never did. Thanks
