Ilie from Romania was friendly and efficient. They were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the appointment. They explained what they were checking, carried out the inspection efficiently, and were happy to answer any questions I had. They treated my property with respect, worked tidily, and completed the gas safety check without any issues. Overall, the process was straightforward and reassuring. I'd be happy to have them carry out future inspections and would recommend their service.
Vas and Albert from Heat Plex did an excellent job replacing our flue. They were professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. Ilie came to fix a few of our issues in our flat. Top plumber and even better person. Friendly kind and extremely good at his job. Worked all morning to get our issues sorted and did an excellent job. Even went out to get the necessary parts and came back to fix them same morning. Every issue resolved and back working as new. Ilie was great! Although the issue with dishwasher didn’t manifest whilst he was here. He fixed the height adjustment which was causing the dishwasher to rub against the cabinet and drawers, the previous plumber could’ve done also but never did. Thanks
