I had a visit from Marco today to fix a leak from my outside overflow pipe. Diagnosis was fast and he had the spare part on his van so it was fixed very quickly. After we were left with no heating or hot water over the weekend, heatsafe birmingham came and fixed the issue very quickly. They discussed what the issue was and why it happened and what we should do to help avoid it again which was helpful. As our insurance didn't cover it, we were happy to pay and it was reasonable. So overall a helpful service, prompt and we now have hot water!
