Heat pump and air conditioning installations, along with ventilation and servicing work, recur throughout the accounts left by clients of Hesflo Installations Ltd in Bristol. Matthew is the member of staff named most often, described as reliable, knowledgeable and professional from the first consultation through to the finished job. Reviewers repeatedly highlight punctuality and clear communication, noting that the team listens to requirements, explains each stage and works efficiently. Tidiness is another theme, with one customer remarking that a four-hour installation in the home left no trace behind, a point valued by those who take pride in their property.

Thorough testing and a clear handover, including an explanation of how the equipment operates, are mentioned as part of the service. Specific jobs singled out include a Toshiba air conditioning unit that kept a house comfortable when outdoor temperatures reached thirty degrees, and a kitchen extractor connected to existing ducting in an adjoining garage, both reported as working well afterwards. Servicing of an air conditioning unit is also noted, with the same installer asked to return.
