Called this individual to fix a leaking tap. Had to be called out on a second occasion as wasn’t fixed the first time round. Then a few days later low and behold leaking again, contacted him again. Unresponsive. Didn’t even have the common courtesy to say he is not available. Clearly a leaking tap in the bathroom was too big a job? And he calls himself a plumber. We were even prepared to give him more business by fixing our radiators. Clearly people these days do not want to make money and earn a decent living. Finding a decent handyman, plumber etc is like a needle in a haystack. Majority unfortunately are cowboys posing us real professionals.

Karl did a really great job fitting a new shower door and sorting my boiler pressure out. Was the first company that reached out when I submitted a query through a local trade website and was able to give a price straight away. Communication was great throughout, would recommend to anyone in the area. Will be looking to use his services again for another job in the near future. Highly recommend!

Karl is very professional. Communication and arriving when he said he would. Serviced my gas fire and boiler and got them working again. Would highly recommend using Hudson and good value. Tidy up afterwards.

Excellent service definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Contacted the company on Sunday. I wasn't feeling too good yesterday . Contacted company this morning asking if they could move a gas cooker as soon as possible. Was told that they could do job today. Was given a time they could fit me in. Arrived on time. Had to put in some extra piping. Job was done and excellently and all necessary gas checks done. Would definitely recommend company without any hesitation

Didn't turn up to the job after quoting and arranging a time. Karl became unresponsive to phone calls when the work was scheduled to start. Very unprofessional and won't be using again.

Contacted Hudsons for my boiler servicing, was a very quick response to my initial enquiry, booked the service in, and even came early! I would highly recommend people to use them.
