Just Heat north east Ltd

Had a really positive experience with Just Heat North East Ltd. Professional, friendly and reliable service throughout. Everything was explained clearly and the work was carried out efficiently. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Very quick response and emergency repair when boiler stopped working just before Xmas. So far so good. Boiler required a new part that needed ordering. 3 months later boiler still requires part. Communication really poor, phone just rings out. Text messages occasionally returned. A couple of days wasted waiting at home for plumber to arrive when he said he would. No reply to texts again - what's that about!!! I would have gone elsewhere much earlier but was pleased with the initial work before Xmas and felt more than happy to wait. But enough is enough. If a job can't be done, just say, rather than keep customers hanging on.

I can honestly recommend to anyone - they fitted my boiler today - totally first class - from the initial telephone to estimate - very impressed with the service which led me to choose them - engineer was friendly and explained the process beforehand .To be honest they were not the cheapest estimate I received but by a photograph they noticed possible changes that might have needed to made that no other company noticed or even asked on actually viewing the boiler . I would recommend this company to anyone - you honestly will be impressed

Absolutely outstanding service from the guys at Just Heat North East. Had a faulty boiler and they did everything in their power to make sure that it was fixed promptly and efficiently. They explained throughout their visits what was happening and why my boiler was acting up and the steps in which they were going to take to ammend it. With their knowledgeable explanations I felt at ease knowing I was getting the best service they could possibly give me. Highly recommend!
