Price was lower than quoted as it was a short visit so I would definitely recommend as K1 are not trying to rip you off like some other firms out there. Excellent 5 stars!
Beware. I was charged over £800.00 for a leaking toilet repair, and the replacement of a toilet seat (which I provided). The ball-cock was smashed during the repair and not replaced. The floor of my bathroom was wetter after the repair than before the work was carried out. The work was carried out during regular daytime hours and 19 hours after I called for assistance.
Rahim has solved my problem with a controller for hot water efficiently and very quickly. He was always available when I reached him and explained me everything that needs to be done. He was punctual and professional, and he replaced the controller with a new one hence I have now hot water. I am very satisfied with his service and I highly recommend him.
Kharum came to fix my old leaking boiler, but after discussing my options with him, I decided to get a new one installed. He ordered the boiler and was able to install it on a day of my choosing. The service was super quick, professional and friendly. No complaints from me. Would highly recommend.
