I was looking for a company to completely clean out and sanitise two loft spaces that had very old insulation laid over even older insulation. To make matters worse, the bathroom extractor fan had been venting directly into one of the lofts, so there was a real possibility of mould. Karlsson were absolutely the right company for the job. They understood exactly why we wanted the lofts cleaned, knew the correct way to tackle the work, and carried it out to an exceptionally high standard. I genuinely don't think they could have done a better job. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team worked incredibly hard—even through the heatwave in a very hot loft space—and were professional, courteous and a pleasure to have around. We're absolutely delighted with both the quality of the work and the team's work ethic. Thank you to everyone at Karlsson. We recently used Karlsson Installations to board our loft, create a larger loft hatch, and install wooden loft stairs and lighting — and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Super professional from start to finish, Toni is fantastic with the quotes/communication in general and James and the team are great; quality of work is excellent and they always have time to answer questions. Used them twice now and they have been excellent both times.
