Loft Insulation Experts LTD

Tom Elkins started our loft insulation process over a year ago. We then had solar panels fitted which delayed the loft insulation work. Once we reconnected with Tom he reviewed our needs, swiftly resent a very reasonable revised quote and agreed a start date that suited us. On the appointed date the team arrived early and got going really swiftly. In very hot conditions they did a great job of clearing the old insulation out. The next day was over 36 degrees so we agreed to postpone work for a day - very practical. On the revised day Tom and the team of 3 showed up early and cracked on finishing by mid afternoon on a very hot day. On both days the team left the site clean and tidy. The cleanup on the final day was excellent. Tom took me around the work done and answered all my questions succinctly and accurately. Within a few days the hot weather returned but our rooms in the roof are now much cooler than before. It’s too soon to comment about winter effectiveness. Many thanks to Tom and his team who all worked hard in unpleasant hot conditions and got the job done really swiftly. I would recommend Loft InsulationExperts Ltd Andover to anyone needing a professional insulation job.

Excellent service from this company. The team were friendly, polite, punctual and provided an excellent service.Would highly recommend them. Removed old spoiled loft lagging, fitted raised boarding, new lagging, downlight covers and repaired a loose ceiling board over the garage. Cleaned up the very little mess they did make.

Excellent service from this business owner from the initial enquiry, a thorough and fair quotation and overseeing the execution of the foam removal works in our roof. The team were courteous, professional and very technically experienced. A great result from a reputable business.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Tom came to do the site survey. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and issued a competitive and thorough quote shortly after. Once the works were booked, both the removals and install team arrived on time, were very polite, communicative and kept the site clean and tidy. They managed to complete the works as scheduled, despite the unexpected hot weather and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - Thanks to the Loft Insulation Experts Team for all your hard work!
