Email enquiry was sent and responded to after some delay. They wanted £100 to do a quote without any engagement. When I asked for a ballpark figure, I was told “go the the website”. I understand the current demand on their business but as someone who’s worked in customer service, they leave a lot to be desired.
Midland Air Con have been absolutely incredible. From the moment we rang them to getting a survey done by Anthony & quote was efficient, fast & they couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendlier on the phone & in person from the very beginning. Jamie & Reece came out to do the 4 day job. They were brilliant. Extremely Helpful, so friendly & also explained every process that was going to happen each day stage by stage. They were very respectful keeping our home clean & tidy the whole entire time. Made the process so much easier & relaxed for us. Esp as we have 2 dogs also. Cant believe what a difference it’s made to our new home we’ve recently purchased. We struggled greatly with the heat inside. This is literally a lifesaver for us now esp as we both health conditions & mum is over 80. Esp during all these recent heatwaves. Also the system we had installed does heating in the winter also. Which is also what we needed. I would recommend MAC to anyone considering having Air conditioning installed & fitted. And esp Jamie & Reece who installed ours. They were faultless & lovley. I will be recommending to all my family & friends. XxxX
Lovely team. Jamie, Reece and Jack all were very, very clean, friendly and professional. Sheeted the whole job, even vacuumed after finishing. Spotless throughout. I am lost for words to explain how happy I am with these guys.

Had the air conditioning installed this week, installers were John & Luke, the electrician was Jack, they did a fantastic job with a brilliant finish and cleaned up afterwards, I can’t praise this company enough from start to finish even the girls Emma, Lucy and Charlene the way everything was handled and very professional and helpful. Thank you so much everyone at Midland Air Conditioning.

Jamie and Reece recently visited my home to install an air conditioning unit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They were professional, clean, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They took great care to keep everything tidy and completed the installation without any disruption. They also spent time making sure everything was set up correctly and walked me through how it all worked, ensuring the system was running at 100% before they left. Would highly recommend MAC 10/10
