Mills Heating Ltd

Mills Heating Ltd has built a loyal following across Ipswich, with feedback from households and organisations pointing to friendly, professional service maintained over many years. Customers describe engineers arriving as arranged and completing work efficiently, whether the task involves replacing an ageing wall-hung boiler with a Baxi model, fitting an outside tap, changing taps, checking radiators or restoring a combi boiler at a club. The standard of the finished result recurs as a theme, with pipework and electrics said to be positioned sensibly and the work area left clean.

Several accounts name staff: the owner and his son are credited with reassuring customers when unexpected water damage came to light during a bathroom conversion, Steve and Jake are singled out for polite and considerate workmanship, and Joe is noted for knowledgeable advice. A number of reviews mention the company's readiness to go out of its way, its helpfulness throughout a project and pricing considered fair for the work carried out. Long-standing clients say they would not turn elsewhere, while newer customers often arrived through family recommendations, and urgent boiler repairs at a club were handled the following morning as promised.
