Neat Heat Uk LTD

A great service from the team from beginning to end. They installed boiler and central heating system for me. Detailed quote with breakdown of work. Commenced on agreed date. Craig provided me with regular updates and kept me informed of progress. Very polite and knowledgeable team. They kept the house clean and tidy. Very happy with the boiler and heating system

Instation of boiler & cylinder. Did installation promtly: old boiler broken. They returned to address some plumbing issues. There're still quite a few other aspects wasn't too happy with. Ended up spending a lot of my own time with additional costs: £800 total to rectify; finally was recommended a heating specialist, while discussing my problems experienced in the queue in Screwfix, who fitted a "cylinder bypass circuit". Now working OK since all fixed. Managed to get boiler 10 year warranty activated & finally had a GasSafe inspection. Worth noting their address given here is Luton, however they appear to be based in Bedford!

Had a rumbling noise coming from our boiler and booked a repair. Engineer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same visit. Boiler is now running quietly and efficiently. Clear explanation and fair price. Very happy with the service.

We thank you for the first class job in our yearly service on our heating and boiler service , we have used you for many years , and the service , right from the helpful lady’s in the office till the engineer that done the job , thank you once again, highly recommended, Norman. Jepp .

Had a new combination boiler fitted by Craig and Bailey. Nice guys doing a tough job, on a VERY hot day, correcting previous fitters mess. Cannot recommend Neat Heat enough. Thank you guys.
