Tom and Damo have installed 2 new radiators for me today and I can't praise them enough. They were quick and I am really pleased with the end product. They also left my flat as clean as they found it - fully recommended.

We needed to upgrade our old smart electric radiators, one having broken anyway. I saw North West Electric Radiators advertised, so got it touch and Tom Sullivan came to servey out appartment. His attitude and business knowledge immediately convinced myself and my wife so we agreed to go ahead and ordered the required units. There was a a delay in delivery but when Tom and his assistant came to fit them everything ran unbelievably smoothly. I can’t recommend Tom and his Team at North West Electric Radiators highly enough! From Tom’s first visit to assess my needs to the final installation of the new radiators and Sunamp heat battery for the hot water, the whole team have made the process absolutely pain-free. The sleek design of the radiators fit perfectly into my new modern (all electric) apartment; and having mains pressure hot water is great - a big improvement on the bulky system that was there and the electric shower with poor pressure which I had to endure! The new Sunamp heat battery with its neat and compact design has even freed up some valuable cupboard space - a bonus in this compact modern apartment! And the other good aspect with regard to the heating is the mobile phone app which allows me control to put the heating on and off if I am away from home. It’s very user-friendly! Neat, tidy, considerate and efficient are all words I’d use to describe the team who came with Tom to do the installation. They were great. And throughout it all Tom was at the end of the phone - and good and prompt in answering my calls. I wish them every success.

Huge thank you to Tom and the guys for supplying and installing my new radTherm radiators. Tom was great to deal with from start to finish and the guys did a highly efficient job installing with little fuss. I would highly recommend North West Electric Radiators to anyone considering new or replacement electric radiators in their home. The radiators look very stylish and the way they work is relatively simple to understand. Tom and Matthew did an excellent job both with taking away the old storage heaters and fitting the new radiators. We have had the radiators in a few days now and they provide a good steady heat as Tom said they would. The timing and temperature can easily be adjusted and the boost feature gives a quick increase in heat when needed.
