PATTERN IQ LTD

Great help, very honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

We found PatternIQ to be outstanding from start to finish. They were the third damp specialist we called, and from the very first visit it was clear they stood out from the rest. They were transparent about the cause of the problem and clearly explained the work that was needed, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Throughout the job, the team was polite, respectful, and professional, taking great care to minimise disruption and clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious they took pride in doing the job properly rather than cutting corners. Most importantly, they correctly identified and treated the rising damp that others had failed to resolve. Having the guarantee also gives us real peace of mind should any issues arise in the future. If you’re looking for genuine damp specialists who are knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and genuinely care about delivering high-quality work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PatternIQ. We are extremely pleased with the service we received.

We noticed the carpet in our basement was wet and called Pattern IQ to come and see if they could find out the cause. We were impressed with the lady who answered the initial call and felt the service from the get go was great. James came round to our house and was very thorough in checking every avenue where the leak could be coming from. The issue is yet to be resolved, however this is due to a lack of time as he came round after his working day and stayed late into the evening. Very happy with his knowledge and customer service and will write another great review once the issue is fixed

James came to look at the damp issues in my house he was very honest about the products I needed and didn't look at extra products which he could over charge on. His pricing is fair and he looks and takes time around the property. While looking around he saw a roofing problem in the loft and made that a priority over the work he was offering and said it would be unfair to start his work before the roofing needed sorting this was very honest of James to sacrifice his work to enable me to sort another job. That shows what a thoughtfull and professional person his and his company is. I look forward to getting James and company to do the work in the future thanks James.

Great job done and very thorough explanation

Was well impressed with the work that was carried out very professional and went above and beyond cleaning up after his self. Definitely recommend!
