Workmanship and technical know-how stand out across the accounts left for this Bury-based heating specialist, with heat pump installation emerging as the recurring theme. Customers describe a full heating system replacement in which an old boiler was scrapped and an air source heat pump fitted, and several note that the new system was designed around the specific requirements of the house and has since run efficiently. Adam is named repeatedly for his expertise in this field, with reviewers crediting him with resolving problems left behind by an earlier contractor and describing the fitting itself as a wonderful job.

The process is portrayed as straightforward and unproblematic from start to finish, with one customer recalling being kept informed at every stage and another praising the after-sales support almost a year on from installation. Tidiness, punctuality and a friendly, courteous team are mentioned alongside the quality of the finished result, and the air source heat pump itself is singled out as a source of satisfaction. Communication before and after the work, clear pricing and the absence of fuss are points that come up often, and the same names and the same standard of finish recur throughout the feedback.
